The staff was very helpful and kind. On our first day in London, our wallet was stolen in a bus and when we reported the incident to the staff they helped us by giving the numbers to call the police and they asked us if we needed anything else to help us. The location was very good, as it is close to the metro around 7-8 walking minutes. The rooms are above a pub which serves amazing food.You should really try it. Also it is value for money as it is cheaper than the average rooms. It is the best option but mostly because of the people who work there..Keep going!!!

We had a great stay. Location was ideal and for us as an active family within walking distance of everything. Staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful...offering to help with luggage, transportation throughout the city, any help we needed he had all the answers. I travelled alone with my 2 children and felt completely safe. Rooms where beautifully decorated and modern. Control over the heating system which was great. Tea/coffee making facilities and replenished daily. Also daily housecleaning and fresh towels 😊 would highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

The property is on a great location. Public transport is on 5 minutes away. There is a pub at the hotel.

Excellent customer service, lovely and clean. Amazing location. We travelled as a group of 3, and I would recommend 2 rooms, as they are great value, but the fold out camp bed for the 3rd person did not have a thick mattress so you can feel the metal struts through the mattress. The other bed is comfortable, but is a small double. The toilet door is a sliding one ;)

Great staff, very welcoming and always available to ask any questions. The room was as shown in the pics, a little tired but for the money it’s a great place to stay. Comfortable and quiet room and a nice rain shower. The bar downstairs was very nice and the food looked amazing. Recommend for a nice long weekend.

Location and the bar downstairs. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Not too far from subways & convenience stores. The owners were really nice and allow us to store our luggage at the bar before check in and offer to keep luggage after check out also.

- location - this area is quite safe and clean - very friendly staff - price (back then it was on a discount) - it is allowed to keep the luggage even if you arrive earlier
